These are some of the photos from our summer trip to Maniwaya Island in Marinduque last May 6 to 7, 2017.
From Makati, it's a five or six hours drive to the port in Quezon Province. Then it's another hour of boat ride to the island.
I'm not much of a fan of beaches but seeing pristine blue waters is refreshing.
Boat rides with this view deserves a photoshoot. Although I only took candid shots because I'm still experimenting with Fujifilm.
The first stop on our itinerary is a diving spot on the other side of the island.
The next one is Ungab Rock Formation located on Mongpong, the farthest island from mainland Marinduque.
Maniwaya Island is also famous for Palad sandbar. Unfortunately, it was high tide when we were there. The sandbar is not visible.
Thanks to Travel World PH for assisting us on our trip. Special thanks to Kaye and Mich. :)
